Mark A. Doering; President
Mr. Doering has over 22 years’ experience as a civil engineer. He has been responsible for design calculations, planning and site design of public works, commercial and residential projects, specification writing, cost estimates, and document production for various civil engineering projects. As President of Doering Engineering, Inc. and Project Manager, he has been responsible for personnel supervision, project budgets, quality control, proposal preparation and client interface. Projects for which Mr. Doering had responsibility for or participated in the design of are as follows:
Project Engineer for Mid-America Hotels at I-55 and Butler Hill Road. Preliminary layouts, engineering and re-zoning for multi-lot commercial development. 33-acre development including topographic and boundary surveying, along with construction staking, as-builts and record plats. Construction documents including approvals from St. Louis County and Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, including coordination with all utility companies.
Project Engineer for Victoria Crossing, a 10-acre commercial strip store at Telegraph and Christopher Roads. All related surveying and engineering for development of approved construction plans from Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and St. Louis County.
Project Engineer for 40-acre tract at Telegraph and Erb Roads. Provided planning, re-zoning, surveying and engineering for multi-use development, which consisted of 20 acres residential, 14 acres multi-family, and 6 acres commercial.
Project Manager, Design Engineer and Zoning Coordinator for approximately 300 wireless communication sites throughout Missouri and Illinois. Provided tower layout/site work design and structural calculations.
Project Manager and Design Engineer for over 50 wireless communication sites along the I-70 corridor between St. Louis and Kansas City and 50 in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Provided tower layout/site work design and structural calculations.
Project Manager and Design Engineer for over 75 wireless communication sites in Missouri and Illinois. Provided tower layout/site work design and structural calculations.
Project Manager and Design Engineer for the development of 9 enclosed storage sites for Cornerstone Development. The projects included site design, detention analysis, roadway improvements and utility coordination.
Project Manager and Design Engineer for Abiding Savior Lutheran Church Family Life and Worship Center. Responsible for concept plans, site, grading and utility plans for approximately 8500 square feet addition and playing fields.
East Concord Road Stormwater Relief Line, St. Louis County, Missouri - Provided a regional watershed study to determine project parameters, which included analysis of existing stormwater systems, retention basins and surrounding sinkholes. Additionally, provided design of 7750 lineal feet of storm sewer pipes, junction chamber, drainage structures, roadway improvements, concrete drive approaches, traffic handling and construction easement preparation.
Carmen Road Stormwater Project, St. Louis County, Missouri - Provided design of stormwater improvements, which included 300 lineal feet of storm sewers, drainage structures, roadway improvements, quantities, utility coordination, hydraulic calculations and construction easement.
Watson Road, State Rte. 366, Missouri Dept. of Transportation, Crestwood, Missouri - Provided design of roadway improvements, widening to five (5)-lane section, including storm sewers, drainage structures, utility relocations and quantities.
State Route EE, Missouri Dept. of Transportation, Gasconade County, Missouri - Provided design of roadway improvements combined with the removal and replacement of the existing bridge, including grading, storm sewers, hydraulic calculations, geometrics, flood plain study and quantities.
Interstate Rte. 64, Missouri Dept. of Transportation, Town & Country, Missouri - Provided design of new vertical alignment, from I-270 to Mason Road interchange, also included storm sewers, drainage structures, grading, reinforced concrete retaining walls and quantities.
State Rte. 21, Missouri Dept. of Transportation, Hillsboro, Missouri - Provided design of roadway improvements, associated with bridge replacement, including storm drainage, grading, utility relocation and coordination, quantities and flood plain study.
